Cancellation Policy

Dahab Stays

We understand that travel plans can sometimes change. The following policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for reservations made through the Dahab Stays website.

Cancellation Terms

The cancellation policy applicable to your stay is shown clearly during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation.

Different properties or rates may offer different cancellation terms.

Please review the policy carefully before completing your reservation.

Free Cancellation (Where Applicable)

For reservations that include free cancellation, guests may cancel their booking without penalty up to the deadline specified in the booking confirmation.

If cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional or discounted rates may be offered as non-refundable.

If a reservation is made under a non-refundable rate, cancellations or changes may not be eligible for a refund.

These conditions will always be displayed before booking.

Late Cancellations

If a cancellation is made after the free cancellation period has expired, the reservation may be partially refundable or non-refundable depending on the rate selected.

No-Show

If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and does not notify us in advance, the reservation will be treated as a no-show.

No-shows are generally non-refundable.

Early Departure

If a guest decides to shorten their stay after check-in, unused nights may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Host Cancellation

In the unlikely event that Dahab Stays must cancel a confirmed reservation due to circumstances within our control, guests will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• Alternative comparable accommodation, subject to availability.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued through the original payment method used during booking.

Payments processed through Paymob or PayPal may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider and issuing bank.

Force Majeure

Travel disruptions caused by events outside our control (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or travel disruptions) may affect reservations.

Where possible, we will work with guests to offer reasonable flexibility.
